Caio Travassos took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zachariasz Kociniewski. Carlisle Schultz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half TheLastDance were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 61st minute of the match Fluminense DF got a corner. TheLastDance's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aslan Raci ran over to the corner to take the kick. 65 minutes into the match, Fluminense DF's goal looked a bit too open when Bartosz Furgat came free, but Carlisle Schultz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jedrzej Prusek made a great header on TheLastDance's corner, it was just that Fluminense DF's Carlisle Schultz managed to reach the ball for a save. Carlisle Schultz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartosz Furgat in the 68th minute of play. After 68 minutes of play, TheLastDance's Bartosz Furgat made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched TheLastDance eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
