After 3 played minutes CD Florencia got a freekick which was hit by Chico Vigil. The audience was convinced that Charis Vlastaras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mora Insausti was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. CD Florencia were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Whity Pool United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elias Solsona took the corner. After 11 played minutes CD Florencia got a freekick which was hit by Elias Solsona. Wesley Nicholson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Charis Vlastaras came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Whity Pool United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charis Vlastaras couldn't finish the play. Charis Vlastaras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charis Vlastaras might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mora Insausti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Charis Vlastaras ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joffre Arizabal in the 21st minute of play forced Whity Pool United's goalkeeper Angelo Melani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Charis Vlastaras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mora Insausti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charis Vlastaras's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. After 28 minutes, Charis Vlastaras made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. CD Florencia's Mora Insausti tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th minute Charis Vlastaras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mora Insausti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charis Vlastaras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Mora Insausti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Anan Fachrurozi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

A collision led to CD Florencia getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Chico Vigil hit a great ball. In the 59th minute Danilo Gordon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Melani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mora Insausti made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Syd Ely sent off a good shot on target. Mora Insausti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charis Vlastaras in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Joffre Arizabal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Charis Vlastaras struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Mora Insausti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Whity Pool United. Mora Insausti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charis Vlastaras in the 67th minute of play. Mora Insausti was a little too slow when Wesley Nicholson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 1-4. Whity Pool United made a substitution. Stevie Moore replaced Wesley Nicholson. In the 74th play minute Charis Vlastaras came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mora Insausti. 1-5. The audience was convinced that Waclaw Kaczanek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mora Insausti was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Charis Vlastaras who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Mora Insausti when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Whity Pool United getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Syd Ely hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yaniusky Chavarria in the 83rd minute of play forced Whity Pool United's goalkeeper Angelo Melani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Syd Ely had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mora Insausti. CD Florencia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Syd Ely was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Charis Vlastaras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Mora Insausti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 minutes, Anan Fachrurozi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Whity Pool United and the CD Florencia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anan Fachrurozi hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the match, Whity Pool United's goal looked a bit too open when Yaniusky Chavarria came free, but Angelo Melani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Charis Vlastaras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Whity Pool United's supporters rose to their feet, but Charis Vlastaras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mora Insausti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Whity Pool United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CD Florencia.
