After 2 minutes, Elias Pereira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Varennes and the Вежен players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adolphe Murdock might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bocho Zurlev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adolphe Murdock ran back to his position shaking his head. Minko Tzintzarski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugene Levine having to interfere. In the 13thth minute of the game Stanoy Golomehov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Varennes's Eugene Levine was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A nice corner shot did that Anko Katincharov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eugene Levine quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Stanoy Golomehov's late challenge caught a Varennes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stanoy Golomehov helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Вежен was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanoy Golomehov to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Gale Laliberté kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bocho Zurlev. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. William Saliba lost his temper 26 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. William Saliba hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Pierre Ramsey fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bocho Zurlev, passed just outside the right post. In the 29th minute, Brenton Carrasco reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bocho Zurlev. The goal made the score 2-0. Bocho Zurlev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brenton Carrasco went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 39th minute, Gale Laliberté ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bocho Zurlev was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Stanoy Golomehov hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Вежен's Bocho Zurlev got control of the ball when Brenton Carrasco tried to sneak it across the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Gale Laliberté dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bocho Zurlev, 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bocho Gunchev was the one to do the kick off. Bocho Zurlev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre Ramsey in the 56th minute of play. Bocho Zurlev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gale Laliberté, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Вежен's Bocho Zurlev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arden Turner in the 60th minute of play. Bocho Zurlev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 72 minutes into the match, Вежен's goal looked a bit too open when Arden Turner came free, but Bocho Zurlev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Varennes's Arden Turner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bocho Zurlev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Bocho Zurlev came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Varennes's Gale Laliberté. But to his dismay, Gale Laliberté quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Bocho Zurlev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gale Laliberté, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute, Arden Turner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Varennes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. After 89 minutes of play, Varennes's Gale Laliberté made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bocho Zurlev was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 93rd minute, Gale Laliberté left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Varennes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. After a rather tough play, Вежен's Minko Tzintzarski got a free kick in the 96th minute.
