The throw-in from Bruno Del Pizzo in the 11th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ercole Marcon, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Safy Belfaa came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honduras's attentive Luca Espinar managed to snatch the ball when Alessandro Bonfigli made a throw-in in the 18th minute of the game. The supporters of Atletico Van Goof booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Espiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Atletico Van Goof getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Filippo Festa hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The throw-in from Bruno Del Pizzo in the 24th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. Atletico Van Goof's Bruno Del Pizzo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Christian Sancho in the 25 minute of the game. Bruno Del Pizzo made in the 29th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Safy Belfaa. With a little luck, Atletico Van Goof's Alberto Di Placido got control of the ball when Edmundo Espiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alberto Di Placido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 37th minute of play. After 38 minutes, Filippo Festa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atletico Van Goof and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Di Placido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Di Placido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Safy Belfaa. In the 65th minute, Filippo Festa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Bruno Del Pizzo in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. Honduras's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
