Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jose Murillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arcadio Buendia. Arcadio Buendia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Colombia were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Alzaga FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Montenegro took the corner. The supporters of Alzaga FC booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santino Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Murillo in the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arcadio Buendia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Bernardo Franco tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute of the game Antonio Indiano made a throw-in which Kevin Mastache played forward. Arcadio Buendia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 39th minute of play forced Alzaga FC's goalkeeper Arcadio Buendia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Colombia's corner Axel Montenegro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arcadio Buendia quite easily take care of the ball. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arcadio Buendia. Arcadio Buendia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 44 minutes into the game, Kevin Mastache was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colombia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alzaga FC the free kick. Kevin Mastache kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Adrián Czornomaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Alzaga FC made a substitution. Leon Goretzka replaced Jose Murillo. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Leon Goretzka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leon Goretzka might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leon Goretzka ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 61st minute Narciso Miro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Goretzka came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Leon Goretzka made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Alzaga FC made a substitution. Gabino Jauregui replaced Pan Lang Bin. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Colombia made a substitution. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2.
