Fabian Obano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Thiago Pliego when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Salta Futbol Club's Jimeno Teodor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Salta Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. Gavra Parezanović took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Pliego. The crowd rose to their feet as Chile's Mariano Lacasa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jimeno Teodor. That made the score 1-6 after 81 minutes of play. Salta Futbol Club's Jimeno Teodor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Salta Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. Chile's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
