Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Giovani Lo Celso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Central fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After having played for 6 minutes, Gelu Nicolau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Central's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gelu Nicolau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Quintan in the 8th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Giovani Lo Celso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Salih Orus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giovani Lo Celso in the 24th minute. After 25 minutes, Eugenio Vermudo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Central and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. 27 minutes into the match, Central's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Salih Orus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Quintan in the 31st minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Luisito Quintan made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of play forced Central's goalkeeper Salih Orus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Central's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Salih Orus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salih Orus having to interfere. Salih Orus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giovani Lo Celso to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Giovani Lo Celso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Central's Celso Santxol got a free kick in the 58th minute. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Quintan came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a free kick in the 67th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Salih Orus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovani Lo Celso in the 77th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salih Orus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giovani Lo Celso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Central! In the 98th minute, Ecuador got a penalty, and Daniel Zorita placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. The Central support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
