In the 13th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harvey Doyle to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Cojiemies FC's Xantalen Rienda broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of Cojiemies FC booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harvey Doyle didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Fiallos Loranca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cojiemies FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fiallos Loranca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xantalen Rienda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 28 minutes of play, Cojiemies FC's Xantalen Rienda made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Pernau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xantalen Rienda in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Xantalen Rienda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Xantalen Rienda struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cojiemies FC. Cojiemies FC's Valerio Lantaron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Cojiemies FC from getting a goal against them. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xantalen Rienda in the 42nd minute of play. After 43 minutes of play, Cojiemies FC's Xantalen Rienda made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Curacao players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cojiemies FC were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xantalen Rienda to make the kick off. When Charles Cox fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Curacao's protests and gave Charles Cox a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cojiemies FC booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles Cox didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 55 minutes, Bertie Johnson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Curacao and the Cojiemies FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Curacao! With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Xantalen Rienda tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute, Javier Cordon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Curacao's Bruno Barrett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Curacao from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xantalen Rienda in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xantalen Rienda in the 68th minute of play. Xantalen Rienda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Xantalen Rienda sent off a good shot on target. Xantalen Rienda who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Bruno Barrett when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xantalen Rienda in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. In the 76th minute, Parisi Carretero made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xantalen Rienda got free with Bruno Barrett in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute, Xantalen Rienda made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. In the 87th minute, Xantalen Rienda made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9.
