Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Wiktor Falkiewicz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Wnukowski in the 2nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Kania Gostyń's Remigiusz Kazanowski got a free kick in the 7th minute. Cassius Byrne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Papo Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Papo Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the USA defense, Severiano Oliverio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Day. The USA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Day should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Wiktor Falkiewicz put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marco Day. Wiktor Falkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Jenson Smith shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Furgal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boruc Furgal came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by USA's Monty Rogers. But to his dismay, Monty Rogers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Wnukowski in the 41st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Severiano Oliverio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kania Gostyń's supporters rose to their feet, but Severiano Oliverio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Cassius Byrne made the kick off in the second half. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessio Mao in the 58th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Alessio Mao had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Day. USA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alessio Mao was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After having played for 70 minutes, Wiktor Falkiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kania Gostyń's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiktor Falkiewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kania Gostyń made a substitution. Lucjan Waselewicz replaced Remigiusz Kazanowski. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucjan Waselewicz during the 75th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boruc Furgal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute of the match Kania Gostyń got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Balaban Gazel ran over to the corner to take the kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Sam Campbell kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Boruc Furgal. That made the score 3-2 in the 87 minute of play. In the 90th minute Konstanty Domalik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Marco Baker came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the USA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Baker couldn't finish the play.
