Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Leonardo Leoz hit a great ball. Rodrigo Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 8th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Patas Duras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Rodrigo Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Rodrigo Velloso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Rodrigo Velloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Patas Duras FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. 21 minutes into the match, Patas Duras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Rodrigo Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Velloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Rodrigo Velloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erubiel Palben blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. Rodrigo Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mexico booed when Patas Duras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Francesco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodrigo Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 38th minute of play. Edelmiro Obano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the game, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodrigo Velloso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The Patas Duras FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 0-3.

After 52 minutes of play, Patas Duras FC's Zvonimir Turković made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Velloso having to interfere. In the 58th minute Edelmiro Obano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Patas Duras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Rodrigo Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Alberto Tafalla slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rodrigo Velloso. That made the score 1-4 after 68 minutes of play. The supporters of Mexico booed when Patas Duras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dário Jacinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dário Jacinto hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Patas Duras FC's Rodrigo Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 76th minute of play. Rodrigo Velloso made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Patas Duras FC made a substitution. Mateo Poz replaced Erubiel Palben. After 86 played minutes Patas Duras FC got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Obano. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Lautaro Mancebo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodrigo Velloso. That made the score 1-6 in the 90 minute of play. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Saul Osoro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot.
