Ricardo Zorita was a little too slow when Ronaldo Fenomeno got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. When Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Salvador's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Zorita prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes into the game, Kenneth Knutsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Miau Stars's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Salvador the free kick. Kenneth Knutsson kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 16 minutes of play, Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 20 minutes El Salvador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Palmer Akers who took care of the corner kick. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Ronaldo Fenomeno took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Ricardo Zorita to make any attempt to save it. Ronaldo Fenomeno received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ricardo Zorita came out and tried to block the shot, but Ronaldo Fenomeno slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 25th minute. With a little luck, El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita got control of the ball when Ronaldo Fenomeno tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Zorita saved El Salvador from getting behind. In the 32nd minute Miau Stars were awarded a corner. Palmer Akers went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Edmílson Arantes got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 5-0. 32 minutes into the match. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Mateo Leguizamo hit a great ball. El Salvador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Palmer Akers ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 41st minute, Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Ronaldo Fenomeno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 59th minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miau Stars's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldo Fenomeno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Zorita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 63 minutes of play, Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Fenomeno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Miau Stars's Anton Bröms was substituted for Olavo Mota. After 71 played minutes Miau Stars got a freekick which was hit by Olavo Mota. Luis Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute Ronaldo Fenomeno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldo Fenomeno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 83 minutes, Ronaldo Fenomeno made it 11-0 with a short kick to the right side. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Ronaldo Fenomeno put it in 12-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ricardo Zorita. Miau Stars's Carlos Eduardo Diniz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Luis Rubio, made in the 97th minute of the game. 98 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Fenomeno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo Fenomeno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 15-0. Miau Stars's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
