Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dündar Ülkenur started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Los Tatangelos's Dündar Ülkenur fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dündar Ülkenur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Los Tatangelos's Gürbüz Hendekli got a free kick in the 8th minute. Daniel Zorita was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 8th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Vacib Bartu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Figueiredo in the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of play forced Los Tatangelos's goalkeeper Vacib Bartu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Figueiredo came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Los Tatangelos's Hadi Vefakar got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Tatangelos's goalkeeper Vacib Bartu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Jorge Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 39 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Los Tatangelos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Figueiredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jorge Figueiredo fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Tatangelos's protests and gave Jorge Figueiredo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Los Tatangelos's Jorge Figueiredo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Ahmet Koralp Özsu's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 75th minute, one of Los Tatangelos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Los Tatangelos. Vacib Bartu had in the 78thth minute some difficulties stopping Daniel Zorita's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 79th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Felix Montenegro took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Vacib Bartu to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Dündar Ülkenur came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los Tatangelos's Vacib Bartu did a great save. The supporters of Los Tatangelos booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Los Tatangelos.
