When Jedrzej Wachna came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the MILANELLO BATORY fans jumped to their feet. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 55 minutes, Rocco Owen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Curacao and the MILANELLO BATORY players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roch Jarek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Davies in the 66th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jedrzej Wachna in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Troy Kennedy hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Tolek Rekowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Jedrzej Wachna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Piekarczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. MILANELLO BATORY's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
