If Taco Van Der Hoorn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boniel Sovera hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Nikolay Dudevski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Taco Van Der Hoorn cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Marco Day was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute, Monty Rogers made a precise shot to the right of Vasco Goycochea. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 45th play minutes Nikolay Dudevski shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Marco Day and just under the crossbar into goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Taco Van Der Hoorn was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Taco Van Der Hoorn managed to get in a good position for a shot. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's supporters rose to their feet, but Taco Van Der Hoorn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Taco Van Der Hoorn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ made a substitution. Du Le Jun replaced Kauan Mandrak. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of USA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ:s goal. In the 73rd minute Edward Mcdonald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasco Goycochea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th match minute, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikolay Dudevski to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Nikolay Dudevski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vasco Goycochea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khalid Parry in the 98th minute of play. The ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
