Wiktor Ciborek charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wiktor Ciborek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th minute, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Zbyszko Wincek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 20th minute of the match. Zbyszko Wincek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Pardo's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 28th minute, Jose Sanz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A throw-in in the 31st minute of the game was made by Juan Diego Tenorio with Alan Campos as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Zbyszko Wincek made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Jaime Pardo sent off a good shot on target. Andrzej Okropny kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute of the match, Hector Covarrubias tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zbyszko Wincek saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Pardo got free with Zbyszko Wincek in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 39th minute of play forced Illuminati's goalkeeper Zbyszko Wincek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jaime Pardo came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Pardo couldn't finish the play. 57 minutes into the match, Hector Covarrubias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zbyszko Wincek. Illuminati's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hector Covarrubias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Illuminati's Zbyszko Wincek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Zoido in the 60th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Illuminati's zone, Primitivo Escribano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zbyszko Wincek came out of the goal and Primitivo Escribano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the match, Jaime Pardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zbyszko Wincek. Illuminati's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jaime Pardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Zbyszko Wincek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Pardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Zbyszko Wincek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaime Pardo went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Illuminati defense, Jaime Pardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zbyszko Wincek. The Illuminati fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zbyszko Wincek should have stopped the shot. Jaime Pardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Zbyszko Wincek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Pardo in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbyszko Wincek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paraguay walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
