Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) When Jorge Sainz fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uruguay's protests and gave Jorge Sainz a yellow card for diving instead. Uruguay:s Joaquin Gayoso showed great skill when he stopped Patrik Örtlund:s penalty. Joaquin Gayoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patrik Örtlund went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Örtlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 19 minutes into the match, CRUSADERS's goalkeeper Tommy Tinglöf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. In the 20th minute, Stig Hägg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrik Örtlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvar Bagge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Örtlund came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 minutes of play, CRUSADERS's Patrik Örtlund made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Francisco Seco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Tinglöf came out and tried to block the shot, but Francisco Seco slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 37th minute. Francisco Seco came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tommy Tinglöf could save by the left post. Patrik Örtlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patrik Örtlund was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvar Bagge in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 53 minutes Uruguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karl-Oskar Stenman who took care of the corner kick. Alvar Bagge was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. CRUSADERS's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Patrik Örtlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Patrik Örtlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72ndth minute of the game Patrik Örtlund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the game, Alvar Bagge cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. CRUSADERS's Tommy Tinglöf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match Uruguay got a corner. CRUSADERS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaime Cazalla ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Uruguay's corner Jaime Cazalla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tommy Tinglöf quite easily take care of the ball. After 85 played minutes CRUSADERS got a freekick which was hit by Mikael Johansson. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tommy Tinglöf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 87th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Alvar Bagge came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
