Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edvard Slæggerup took the kick off in the first half of the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicholas Langsford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edvard Slæggerup in the 6th minute. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Gabbro FC's Edvard Slæggerup. But to his dismay, Edvard Slæggerup quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edvard Slæggerup. 17 minutes into the match, Gabbro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Alessandro Mancinelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabbro FC's Alessandro Mancinelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute of play. If Edvard Slæggerup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Alessandro Mancinelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alessandro Mancinelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Edvard Slæggerup sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th minute, Wieslaw Wawro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Alessandro Mancinelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gabbro FC's goalkeeper Alessandro Mancinelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alessandro Mancinelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 57th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Gabbro FC got a freekick which was hit by Dobromir Psotka. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edvard Slæggerup in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gabbro FC's goalkeeper Alessandro Mancinelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, Gabbro FC's goalkeeper Alessandro Mancinelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Gabbro FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gabbro FC's Alessandro Mancinelli did a great save. With a little luck, Gabbro FC's Alessandro Mancinelli got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alessandro Mancinelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Gabbro FC's Gustavo Piearres got a free kick in the 78th minute. After 79 played minutes, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alessandro Mancinelli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ecuador reached it. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Edvard Slæggerup came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Gabbro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvard Slæggerup couldn't finish the play. Gabbro FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cristian Sancho 93 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gabbro FC.
