Naldo Roig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Gregory Bermejo made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Baldovino Saura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Baldovino Saura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Picanya FC's Ugaitz Silva got a free kick in the 17th minute. Henric Villaquiran received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Henric Villaquiran slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 19th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Picanya FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Naldo Roig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gregory Bermejo came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Ferrant could save by the left post. In the 32ndth minute of the game Henric Villaquiran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaskon Gimeno in the 37th minute of play. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Gregory Bermejo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Gregory Bermejo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Picanya FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregory Bermejo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 44 minutes into the match, Gaskon Gimeno dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Baltazar Zaplana hit a great ball. In the 70th minute Gregory Bermejo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Venezuela's Patricio Costa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. 79 minutes into the game, Picanya FC's Henric Villaquiran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. After a rather tough play, Picanya FC's Baltazar Zaplana got a free kick in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregory Bermejo in the 93rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Gaskon Gimeno notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Picanya FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
