The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Sylwester Kempka sent off a good shot on target. 11 minutes into the game, Sylwester Kempka lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. Roch Zuraw's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roch Zuraw helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC got a freekick which was hit by Roch Zuraw. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 14th minute of play forced MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's goalkeeper Sebastiano Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dominik Gargasz spun around in front of the goal 23 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Venezuela's goal. Sylwester Kempka's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 28thth minute of the game Sylwester Kempka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 34th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. Patricio Costa was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Sylwester Kempka sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Dominik Gargasz tried to sneak it across the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Remus Burtescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Sylwester Kempka sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Sylwester Kempka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 44th minute Joshua Secada suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Ludomil Walaszkiewicz's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ludomil Walaszkiewicz helped the player get up and apologised. Venezuela's Roberto Ocampo was substituted for Joshua Secada. Ludomil Walaszkiewicz hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastiano Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sylwester Kempka in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sebastiano Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the match, Dominik Gargasz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dominik Gargasz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. After 80 minutes of play, MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's Sylwester Kempka made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 82 played minutes MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Walaszkiewicz. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Zuraw in the 85th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC fully deserved thier win.
