The Marco Day was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. FC CSKA's Georgi Velinov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save FC CSKA from getting a goal against them. Georgi Velinov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After a rather tough play, FC CSKA's Hans Danielsson got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 93rd minute of the match Jenson Smith shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Georgi Velinov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 96 minutes into the game, USA's Khalid Parry nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Georgi Velinov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. USA were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
