An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 14th minute of play forced Lite Finare Lite Bättre's goalkeeper Peter Belkå to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Tord Stolpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peter Belkå showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 30th minute, Krister Jonsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31st minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Belkå saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Kevin Mastache ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter Belkå was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A sloppy throw-in by Karl-Michael Ljungberg in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. In the 93rd minute, Ignacio Mastache reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Peter Belkå. The goal made the score 2-2. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
