Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hardo Vatsar in the 24th minute of play. Rúben Fagundes scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Pliego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hardo Vatsar went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. With a little luck, RumpBell's Wincent Trac got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in RumpBell's zone, Orlando Casaus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wincent Trac came out of the goal and Orlando Casaus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zenon Pysz in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Hardo Vatsar came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute of the match RumpBell got a corner. Chile's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zenon Pysz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hardo Vatsar in the 58th minute. Thiago Pliego was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Khvicha Kvaratskhelia showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 64 minute of play. The Chile fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Chile's Mariano Lacasa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The RumpBell players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
