Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonny Gustavsson in the 4th minute of the match. After 5 minutes Bolivia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emil Berggren who took care of the corner kick. In the 9th minute, William Browald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Mario Fernandino from long distance, 10 minutes into the match, got Olov Stenström's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonny Gustavsson went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 17 minutes, William Browald mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CRUSADERS and the Bolivia players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to CRUSADERS getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. William Browald hit a great ball. In the 31stth minute of the game Eddie Vallgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bolivia's Camilo Freixa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of CRUSADERS booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. CRUSADERS's Jonny Gustavsson got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Per Löfgren fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CRUSADERS's protests and gave Per Löfgren a yellow card for diving instead. Per Löfgren hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Eduardo Fontirroig managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bolivia's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduardo Fontirroig was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olov Stenström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Fernandino to strike the kick off in the second half. Eddie Vallgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Jonny Gustavsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Camilo Freixa. The goal made the score 1-2. If Eduardo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ismael Tejedor was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 68 minutes into the match. The supporters of CRUSADERS booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Tejedor didn't get a good kick on the ball. CRUSADERS's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 71st minute of the game, when Henrik Bergfeldt after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Bolivia's goal. Henrik Bergfeldt was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Alejandro Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Camilo Freixa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eddie Vallgren in the 75th minute. The supporters of Bolivia booed when CRUSADERS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marko Bohlin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eddie Vallgren's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Camilo Freixa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Gustavsson in the 84th minute of play. If Eduardo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bror Holm charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bror Holm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Bror Holm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CRUSADERS's Olov Stenström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso de la Cruz in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonny Gustavsson in the 91st minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eddie Vallgren. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CRUSADERS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
