A beautiful save bye Real Pozzino's goalie prevented a goal. Filippo Serras short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Marcos Cotilla to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Donovan Belli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Filippo Serra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. Donovan Belli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 28th minute of the match. Abraham Alguacil might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donovan Belli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abraham Alguacil ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Berganza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Donovan Belli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Franzioni kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Donovan Belli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Berganza was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Real Pozzino's Donovan Belli. Donovan Belli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 54 played minutes Real Pozzino got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Rigoni. Donovan Belli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 55th minute of the match. Real Pozzino's attentive Armin Minati managed to snatch the ball when Matthew Garrido made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. 59 minutes into the match, Alex Cappucci notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Donovan Belli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Berganza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Donovan Belli made a huge save. In the 75th minute Alex Cappucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donovan Belli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After 79 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Sarmiento. In the 79th minute Dennis Corvasce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 81 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Sarmiento. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filippo Serra in the 86th minute of play. Real Pozzino's Carter Della Rocca quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jose Carita, made in the 89th minute of the game. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Aaron Barrios hit a great ball. Real Pozzino were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
