Abram Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Han Xiao Ting having to interfere. In the 23rd match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Mastache to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Carrossel Caipira's Vidas Lokas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 27th minute, Samuel Lago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vidas Lokas in the 37th minute of the match. After 47 minutes, Samuel Lago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carrossel Caipira and the Colombia players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Carrossel Caipira getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Samuel Lago hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vidas Lokas to strike the kick off in the second half. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vidas Lokas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Han Xiao Ting made a huge save. In the 61st minute, Vidas Lokas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Colombia's Kevin Mastache managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Samuel Lago in the 63 minute of the game. Han Xiao Ting showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Han Xiao Ting made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 66th minute of play. Carrossel Caipira's Han Xiao Ting proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Carrossel Caipira from getting a goal against them. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vidas Lokas in the 85th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vidas Lokas in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. In the 89th minute, Colombia's Abram Secada ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Han Xiao Ting. Han Xiao Ting yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Abram Secada might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Han Xiao Ting. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abram Secada ran back to his position shaking his head. Han Xiao Ting made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Abram Secada sent off a good shot on target. In the 96th minute Ignacio Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Han Xiao Ting saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carrossel Caipira's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
