Aaron Ramsey took the corner. The corner led to Arsenal FC's Benicio Ferrando getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Arsenal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. 高星庭 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saivis Rentovics scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A very good chance for a goal. 19 minutes into the match, Arsenal FC's Saivis Rentovics sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tobis Joey in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maximiliano Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. 楚笑霖 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobis Joey in the 31st minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 minutes Uruguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aaron Ramsey who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobis Joey in the 35th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Tobis Joey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Camilo Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobis Joey struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal FC. Alexandru Arnold took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kaapo Lobachevskiy hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The Uruguay players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Arsenal FC were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Saivis Rentovics made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saivis Rentovics got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th minute of the match Arsenal FC got a corner. Uruguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aaron Ramsey ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Uruguay's goalie and right to Saivis Rentovics. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Uruguay's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Arsenal FC's Tobis Joey came free and shot a quick shot against goal 57 minutes in the game, fortunately Joaquin Gayoso had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saivis Rentovics, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. A collision led to Arsenal FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. 康常晨 hit a great ball. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. In the 84th minute, Tobis Joey reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. The goal made the score 0-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Arsenal FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
