Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Villanueva in the 25th minute of play. Thiago Pliego yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Villanueva made a kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Lucas Villanueva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Clube Esportivo Saudade's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Carballar came free, but Wei Chuan Xuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Chile's Mariano Lacasa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wei Chuan Xuan. That made the score 1-3 after 68 minutes of play. Chile's Mariano Lacasa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 72nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Timoteo Gibert in the 77th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Chile's Francisco Carballar. With a little luck, Clube Esportivo Saudade's Wei Chuan Xuan got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Clube Esportivo Saudade's Wei Chuan Xuan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Clube Esportivo Saudade from getting a goal against them. 92 minutes into the match, Clube Esportivo Saudade's goalkeeper Wei Chuan Xuan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Timoteo Gibert during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Timoteo Gibert kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Orlando Casaus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chile walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
