The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Kip William made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Canada's Blas Aritza threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Filip Edwards, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Blas Aritza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rohan Watson in the 63rd minute of play. When the match was over Canada could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than La Acade throughout the match.
