With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melchazadec Terron prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner led Arrecifes's Raul Vigil to fire away a dangerous shot which Melchazadec Terron despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Internazionale's Florin Crăciunaș got a free kick in the 57th minute. Melchazadec Terron came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Arrecifes's Cirilo Ritchie. But to his dismay, Cirilo Ritchie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Senon in the 65th minute of play forced FC Internazionale's goalkeeper Melchazadec Terron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arrecifes were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after FC Internazionale's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Modesto Gipuzkoa took the corner. Arrecifes's Taci Ulusoy was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Melchazadec Terron in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Internazionale's goalkeeper Melchazadec Terron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arrecifes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Modesto Gipuzkoa in the 78th minute. FC Internazionale's Melchazadec Terron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Senon in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Felipe Senon notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of FC Internazionale's Melchazadec Terron. Melchazadec Terron was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cornel Popovici kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Melchazadec Terron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Eufrasio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

FC Internazionale's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
