Spectators: 479 (Terracing: 360, Seating: 110, VIP seats: 9) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kunga King kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Isidoro Beltran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niculae Ailenei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niculae Ailenei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Beltran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 minutes, Kunga King made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Independiente's Pepe Santoro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernardino Abastas kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Sören Bengtsson took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niculae Ailenei. Niculae Ailenei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Isidoro Beltran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Beltran in the 34th minute of play forced Bazellatin F.C.'s goalkeeper Niculae Ailenei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynaldo Abadia made in the 37th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Sören Bengtsson immediately put the ball in play. With a little luck, Independiente's Pepe Santoro got control of the ball when Kunga King tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amadeu Bessa got free with Pepe Santoro in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Kunga King could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Pepe Santoro however easily saved by the left post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isidoro Beltran made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Isidoro Beltran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niculae Ailenei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albano Bertol, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. A collision led to Bazellatin F.C. getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Amadeu Bessa hit a great ball. Bazellatin F.C.'s Lambros Giotas was substituted for Demis Poulkos. Amadeu Bessa kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Bazellatin F.C.'s Niculae Ailenei got control of the ball when Jorg Pieters tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Bazellatin F.C. getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Amadeu Bessa hit a great ball. Bazellatin F.C. made a substitution. Dimosthenis Tsimilis replaced Marty Bettney. Amadeu Bessa hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute Kunga King shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pepe Santoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 minutes Independiente's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amadeu Bessa who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Independiente's goalie and right to Dimosthenis Tsimilis. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Independiente's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Kunga King's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pepe Santoro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Bazellatin F.C.'s Niculae Ailenei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Beltran in the 76th minute of play. Jorg Pieters could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Niculae Ailenei made a huge save. In the 87th minute Kunga King shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pepe Santoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, Kunga King cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Pepe Santoro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Independiente's Pepe Santoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Maria Píriz in the 91st minute of play. After 92 minutes Independiente's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amadeu Bessa who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kunga King in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pepe Santoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The Bazellatin F.C. players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
