The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bona Dios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Raymond, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaston Fernández got free with Fernando Selatse in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anacleto Soin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fernando Selatse firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Anacleto Soin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute of the match, Anacleto Soin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fernando Selatse saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Julián Camino's late challenge caught a Despidida AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julián Camino helped the player get up and apologised. 32 minutes in the game Godofredo Natanael did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Anacleto Soin. Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Despidida AFC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Fernández in the 37th minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Despidida AFC booed when 【E ➣ Don Bosco Cosquín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaston Fernández made a kick off. Robert Plant kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Anacleto Soin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Fernando Selatse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Emiliano Velasco got free in front of the goal in the 64th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Bona Dios was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, 【E ➣ Don Bosco Cosquín's goal looked a bit too open when Dinu Ivănescu came free, but Bona Dios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 minutes, Robert Plant mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 【E ➣ Don Bosco Cosquín and the Despidida AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th match minute, 【E ➣ Don Bosco Cosquín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Plant to maneuver through the defense. Bona Dios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Velasco in the 72nd minute of the match. Fernando Selatse came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by 【E ➣ Don Bosco Cosquín's Gaston Fernández. But to his dismay, Gaston Fernández quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 81st minute, Despidida AFC's Dinu Ivănescu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bona Dios. Bona Dios yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. 【E ➣ Don Bosco Cosquín made a substitution. Guido Carrillo replaced Anacleto Soin. The crowd rose to their feet as Emiliano Velasco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bona Dios. That made the score 1-3 in the 86 minute of play. Fernando Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Rogel, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Bona Dios made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Emanuel Lucila sent off a good shot on target. Fernando Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Carrillo in the 92nd minute of the match.

The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Despidida AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
