With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augusto Estefan in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horaţiu Petran saved Gyál United from getting behind. Augusto Estefan might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horaţiu Petran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Augusto Estefan ran back to his position shaking his head. CRUZ DEL SUR's Augusto Estefan got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Horaţiu Petran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Estefan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronnie Odell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Sulev Aare in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by CRUZ DEL SUR's Loco Ron. Horaţiu Petran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augusto Estefan in the 15th minute. Gyál United's Horaţiu Petran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Estefan in the 17th minute of play. Gyál United's Horaţiu Petran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Gyál United from getting a goal against them. Augusto Estefan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Horaţiu Petran having to make a save. In the 23rd minute of the match, Augusto Estefan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Horaţiu Petran saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Bard Bom kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Gyál United's Ignác Mayer was substituted for Konstantinos Kroustallis. After a rather tough play, CRUZ DEL SUR's Bard Bom got a free kick in the 29th minute. Horaţiu Petran came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by CRUZ DEL SUR's Augusto Estefan. But to his dismay, Augusto Estefan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Zachariasz Dudkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kemal Davarcı in the 33rd minute of play. When Gyál United's Kemal Davarcı in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CRUZ DEL SUR's goalie prevented a goal. In the 35th minute Gyál United were awarded a corner. Ignác Mayer went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Ignác Mayer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski did a great save. Horaţiu Petran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Estefan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Walmir Breckenfeld's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zachariasz Dudkowski was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. In the 40th minute, Augusto Estefan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CRUZ DEL SUR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Zachariasz Dudkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kemal Davarcı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kemal Davarcı's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zachariasz Dudkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The supporters of Gyál United booed when CRUZ DEL SUR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Estefan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 60 minutes, Augusto Estefan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CRUZ DEL SUR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Estefan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. CRUZ DEL SUR's Fabio Zorondo was substituted for Ronnie Odell. CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kemal Davarcı in the 63rd minute of play. Horaţiu Petran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Antonucci in the 64th minute of play. Horaţiu Petran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustacio Antonucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pippin Aguilera in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horaţiu Petran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 71 minutes Gyál United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bautista Marcó who took care of the corner kick. Horaţiu Petran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Antonucci in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th minute Walmir Breckenfeld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Dudkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zachariasz Dudkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kemal Davarcı in the 79th minute of play. Horaţiu Petran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eustacio Antonucci's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 84thth minute of the game Eustacio Antonucci who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gyál United's Horaţiu Petran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Walmir Breckenfeld took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zachariasz Dudkowski. Zachariasz Dudkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Horaţiu Petran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Antonucci in the 90th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustacio Antonucci in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horaţiu Petran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When CRUZ DEL SUR's Eustacio Antonucci in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gyál United's goalie prevented a goal.

CRUZ DEL SUR's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
