After 28 played minutes ADM Taquaras got a freekick which was hit by Malcolm Westerberg. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Sergio Cesaro put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jeremias Moreno. Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's Eustacio Mino got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the game, Oliver Bierhoff cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Ivo Tropchev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivo Tropchev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Áron Bódog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Radowit Dziuma had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Åke Kihlberg fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's protests and gave Åke Kihlberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th match minute, Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Kihlberg to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sergio Cesaro to strike the kick off in the second half. Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's Ivo Tropchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celsinho Perez in the 54th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eustacio Mino in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremias Moreno saved ADM Taquaras from getting behind. Sergio Cesaro struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Jeremias Moreno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ. A collision led to ADM Taquaras getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Tales De Mileto hit a great ball. Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ made a substitution. Luis Oso replaced Sergio Cesaro. Ivo Tropchev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Áron Bódog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's goal looked a bit too open when Denílson Tepedino came free, but Ivo Tropchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ADM Taquaras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Áron Bódog in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute, Leopoldo Artal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ADM Taquaras's Nestor Soeiro was substituted for Radowit Dziuma. Ivo Tropchev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nestor Soeiro in the 71st minute. Áron Bódogs short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Ivo Tropchev to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ivo Tropchev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Soeiro in the 83rd minute of the match. Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Nestor Soeiro scored to the left of an out of position Ivo Tropchev, making the score, 4-3. Jeremias Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Oso, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.

The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ fans cheered their team off the field, for while ADM Taquaras had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
