After having played for 93 minutes, Zeng Xu Yuan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poetass FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeng Xu Yuan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute of the match, Micael Caicedo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but José Maria Goiano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
The West Town SC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing West Town SC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
