In the 10th minute Dariusz Wos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichlas Vesterdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximino Ticho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Steenbeck in the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Shelby in the 13th minute of play forced A.C. Patagonia's goalkeeper Maximino Ticho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Randers A.F.C.'s Radim Gola suffered a sore thigh after 17 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After some careless play in the Randers A.F.C. defense, Dariusz Wos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nichlas Vesterdahl. The Randers A.F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nichlas Vesterdahl should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Steenbeck in the 24th minute of play forced A.C. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rene Rostholm made a kick off. A collision led to Randers A.F.C. getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Sigismund Ravnskjold hit a great ball. Rene Rostholm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximino Ticho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. A.C. Patagonia's Sylwester Sroka was substituted for Ludwig Wassenius. A.C. Patagonia's Horea Boian was substituted for Marcin Cebula. The Randers A.F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Randers A.F.C.'s Rene Rostholm looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Patagonia's Maximino Ticho got control of the ball when Børge Buhr tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 97th minute Horea Boian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichlas Vesterdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horea Boian in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nichlas Vesterdahl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 98 minutes had been played when some careless play by Randers A.F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rui Costa was slow to take the kick. During this time A.C. Patagonia's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on A.C. Patagonia's corner Rui Costa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nichlas Vesterdahl quite easily take care of the ball.
