Felix's Tom Hodgson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Felix from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Felix's Tom Hodgson got control of the ball when Alfonso de la Cruz tried to sneak it across the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Felix's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Fontirroig came free, but Tom Hodgson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Felix fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The audience was convinced that Drew Buxton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Camilo Freixa was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig got a free kick in the 41st minute. Cliff Carr showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. In the 98th minute Mario Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Hodgson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tom Hodgson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Fontirroig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Felix walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
