Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Francisco Seco took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 3rd minute of play forced G.R.'s goalkeeper Goel Glauberman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Escribano notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of G.R.'s Goel Glauberman. Goel Glauberman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 12 minutes, Francisco Seco made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. G.R.'s Goel Glauberman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Goel Glauberman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 15th minute of play. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Uruguay fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Uruguay's Francisco Seco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Arturo Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After 29 minutes, Lavan Ziton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the G.R. and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Goel Glauberman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 36th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Francisco Seco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Goel Glauberman was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Alberto Gisbert came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Gisbert couldn't finish the play. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

After 55 played minutes G.R. got a freekick which was hit by Yavin Warner. Maximiliano Escribano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Goel Glauberman. G.R.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Seco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Uruguay's Francisco Seco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Goel Glauberman. That made the score 0-6 after 67 minutes of play. Francisco Secos short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Goel Glauberman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, G.R.'s Yavin Warner got a free kick in the 75th minute. Goel Glauberman came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Francisco Seco. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. In the 79th minute, G.R.'s Joshua Ziss seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Joshua Ziss the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of G.R. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Joshua Ziss had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 81st minute there was a penalty for Uruguay. Jaime Cazalla stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Goel Glauberman. 0-8. Goel Glauberman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 85th minute. Yavin Warner hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Francisco Seco did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-9 to the left of a surprised Goel Glauberman 88 minutes into the match. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Goel Glauberman made a huge save. Uruguay's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
