Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vydas Matonis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonathan Ferrant firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Redas Elijošius sent off a good shot on target. If Petras Janauskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petras Janauskas. The audience thought a goal was coming when Petras Janauskas got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Redas Elijošius came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute Redas Elijošius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Redas Elijošius in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vydas Matoniss short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aurelijus Kšanavičius came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 33 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. 34 minutes into the game, Redas Elijošius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 38th minute. 40 minutes in the game Mindaugas Melekša got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelijus Kšanavičius having to interfere. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a rather tough play, Kandys's Vladas Anusevičius got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 62nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. After 64 minutes of play, Kandys's Redas Elijošius made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Redas Elijošius in the 66th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vydas Matonis, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kandys the free kick. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Redas Elijošius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Aurelijus Kšanavičius in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kandys's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Tomas Illescas scored to the left of an out of position Aurelijus Kšanavičius, making the score, 3-1. Kandys's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
