Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Francisco Seco made the kick off and thus started the match. Stephan van Fessum charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stephan van Fessum the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th minute, Stephan van Fessum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gertjan Theisens having to interfere. Laurens Hollander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Mijdrecht Maffia getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Jens Spoel hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute Laurens Hollander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marick van Fessum hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 26 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gertjan Theisens was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute Yuri Kaptein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diderik Kramer during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Diderik Kramer kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Gertjan Theisens was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Francisco Seco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 37 minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Marcel Blanc made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Gertjan Theisens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Twan Zoolingen made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Camilo Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gertjan Theisens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurens Hollander in the 52nd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gertjan Theisens came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Francisco Seco. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Twan Zoolingen hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Arturo Carvallo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Alberto Gisbert hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Escribano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gertjan Theisens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 69th minute of play forced Mijdrecht Maffia's goalkeeper Gertjan Theisens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Alberto Gisbert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Bruno Beldad hit a great ball. In the 80th match minute, Mijdrecht Maffia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diderik Kramer to maneuver through the defense. Gertjan Theisens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 85th minute of the match. When Camilo Franco came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camilo Franco couldn't finish the play. Maximiliano Escribano took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gertjan Theisens. Gertjan Theisens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Gertjan Theisens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Franco in the 91st minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Uruguay fully deserved thier win.
