The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Raimundo Feliu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 3rd minute of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Eliseo Mina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Verdonk, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Ermegildo Enol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Feliu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ante Todo Mucha Calma's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Nereo Estefan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Ante Todo Mucha Calma's Raimundo Feliu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 34th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliusz Dziuma in the 36th minute of the match. Ante Todo Mucha Calma's Raimundo Feliu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 42nd minute of play forced Ante Todo Mucha Calma's goalkeeper Raimundo Feliu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aureliusz Dziuma made a kick off. With a little luck, Ante Todo Mucha Calma's Raimundo Feliu got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliusz Dziuma in the 59th minute of the match. Milagros Fraga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Milagros Fraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Raimundo Feliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raimundo Feliu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliusz Dziuma in the 73rd minute of play. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. 89 minutes into the game, Aquilino Alfonso threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 92 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Enol came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Antonio Tenorio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Raimundo Feliu. That made the score 1-3 in the 96 minute of play. The Ante Todo Mucha Calma supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Peru's performance. The match ended with a win for Peru.
