Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Rockets's Benjamin Mazza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 6th minute of play. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Róbson Messias sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. In the 14th minute Róbson Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbson Messias in the 14th minute of play. Júlio Pires made in the 23rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gilvan Chaves. After having played for 26 minutes, Róbson Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rockets's supporters crossed their fingers, but Róbson Messias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Honduras's attentive Esteban Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Júlio Pires made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. 34 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Róbson Messias came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rockets's Benjamin Mazza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 35th minute of play. In the 35th match minute, Rockets was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuca Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Edmundo Espiga hit a great ball. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Milagros Cabal hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After 48 played minutes Rockets got a freekick which was hit by Toninho Terra. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Júlio Pires made in the 54th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gilvan Chaves however managed to control. In the 59thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rockets's Benjamin Mazza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Róbson Messias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Róbson Messias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. A collision led to Rockets getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Abelardo Rocha hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Tafalla in the 64th minute of play forced Rockets's goalkeeper Benjamin Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Ivan Navarro got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 68 minutes of play, Rockets's Gilvan Chaves made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Edmundo Espiga took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Benjamin Mazza to make any attempt to save it. Benjamin Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 76th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Toninho Terra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Benjamin Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 88th minute of play. Edmundo Espiga scored 3-3 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benjamin Mazza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Luca Espinar hit a great ball. Honduras were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
