Kiran Tomasini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Kevin Lang ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 33rd minute Kevin Lang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Kevin Lang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The THE ROKERY PIMKIS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Lang, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After having played for 40 minutes, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Luna in the 44th minute of play. A collision led to THE ROKERY PIMKIS getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Ronny Simmen hit a great ball.

In the 54th minute Jorge Luna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute of the match THE ROKERY PIMKIS got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alessandro Finotti ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Kevin Lang heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Kiran Tomasini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 61st minute of play. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Luna in the 65th minute of play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Luna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Luna came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Luna in the 76th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. THE ROKERY PIMKIS made a substitution. Nicasio Koldobika replaced Christian Mastroiacovo. After a rather tough play, Peru's Anthony Alvarado got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. The supporters of THE ROKERY PIMKIS booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Alvarado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kiran Tomasini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Tenorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Mino in the 90th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Gallo in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kiran Tomasini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd minute, Rafael Gallo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kiran Tomasini. The goal made the score 2-1. Many of Peru's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Peru may have spent more time on the ball, but THE ROKERY PIMKIS were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
