Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Merdan Abesadze started the match with the kick off. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marko Meerits read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 8th minute of play forced FC Hiiu Pallurid's goalkeeper Marko Meerits to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Hiiu Pallurid's goalkeeper Marko Meerits, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marko Meerits showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 17 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marko Meerits was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, FC Hiiu Pallurid's Tavo Oidra got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Marko Meerits tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vytautas Kalasiūnas charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vytautas Kalasiūnas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Marko Meerits tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 minutes FC Hiiu Pallurid's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. 33 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Vytautas Kalasiūnas came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marko Meerits came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marko Meerits. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. 40 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of FC Hiiu Pallurid's Marko Meerits. Marko Meerits was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. FC Hiiu Pallurid's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a little luck, FC Hiiu Pallurid's Marko Meerits got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 61st minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Merdan Abesadze in the 62nd minute of play. In the 66th minute, Luis Andino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marko Meerits made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Marko Meerits tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Marko Meerits skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Merdan Abesadze might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Merdan Abesadze ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 85th minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Andino got a throw-in 88 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Cristian Sancho. Luis Andino took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marko Meerits. Marko Meerits dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The FC Hiiu Pallurid fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
