Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) SC Conceição's Florentino Cedro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 2 minutes, Joel Gaona put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Flávio Terra. 9 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Cedro came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Williams Conner during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 11 played minutes SC Conceição got a freekick which was hit by Williams Conner. In the 12th minute of the match Joel Gaona shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flávio Terra showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Cristian Nevares sent off a good shot on target. SC Conceição's Flávio Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, SC Conceição's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Flávio Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Williams Conner hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 40th minute of play forced SC Conceição's goalkeeper Flávio Terra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Cristian Nevares tried to sneak it across the goal line. Florentino Cedro charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florentino Cedro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Flávio Terra was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Cedro in the 56th minute of the match. A collision led to SC Conceição getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Álvaro Velloso hit a great ball. Joel Gaona scored 0-2 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flávio Terra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Flávio Terra in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, SC Conceição's Flávio Terra got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Lorenzo Cazalla got a free kick in the 79th minute. SC Conceição's Armindo Ribeiro was substituted for Kauã Rezende. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Cedro, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Flávio Terra made a huge save. When SC Conceição's Florentino Cedro in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Lautaro Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flávio Terra having to make a save. Lautaro Mancebo kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The SC Conceição supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mexico's performance. The match ended with a win for Mexico.
