The BMB IMOVEIS SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 20th minute, Renan Madureira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz Vides came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donato Marques went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 36th match minute, BMB IMOVEIS SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinaldo Zanette to maneuver through the defense. Juan Rubio's late challenge caught a BMB IMOVEIS SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Rubio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of BMB IMOVEIS SC booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donato Marques got free with Benito Sanz in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Donato Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Luiz Vides in the 46th minute of play.

Mathias Vidal scored 4-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Marques in the 59th minute of play. Alan Moruga's late challenge caught a BMB IMOVEIS SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Moruga helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Alan Moruga got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 67th minute, Reinaldo Zanette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Axel Tasis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sérgio de Azevedo was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. BMB IMOVEIS SC's Donato Marques suffered a sore foot after 73 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Efrain Moruga fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Efrain Moruga a yellow card for diving instead. After 74 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Moruga. André Luiz Vides struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BMB IMOVEIS SC. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz Vides came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. André Luiz Vides took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After 87 played minutes BMB IMOVEIS SC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Paranaense. Emanuel Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. BMB IMOVEIS SC had played much better football throughout.
