Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Michel Batistuta got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute, Mikolaj Lech got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michel Batistuta's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Zygmunt Bielejewski sent off a good shot on target. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye STAL ST WOLA's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 24 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 24thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but STAL ST WOLA's Roman Matai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 25 played minutes STAL ST WOLA got a freekick which was hit by Mikolaj Lech. STAL ST WOLA's Roman Matai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. STAL ST WOLA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Patricio Costa heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Roman Matai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. STAL ST WOLA's Artaç Hendekli quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Guillermo Mariano, made in the 33rd minute of the game. The supporters of STAL ST WOLA booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Batistuta in the 47th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Artaç Hendekli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Arkadiusz Solecki managed to get in a good position for a shot. STAL ST WOLA's supporters rose to their feet, but Arkadiusz Solecki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gu Xiao Kun hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roman Matai narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by STAL ST WOLA's Zygmunt Bielejewski. But to his dismay, Zygmunt Bielejewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikolaj Lech, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. STAL ST WOLA were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Artaç Hendekli took the corner. After taking down the ball on STAL ST WOLA's corner Artaç Hendekli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artaç Hendekli in the 75th minute of play. In the 75th minute Artaç Hendekli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano threw the ball into play from the sideline. STAL ST WOLA's Artaç Hendekli quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. STAL ST WOLA's Boleslaw Nakoneczny got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zygmunt Bielejewski in the 92nd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Batistuta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. STAL ST WOLA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
