With his leg Thiago Pliego managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Altza Herria's Christiano Ronaldo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Altza Herria getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Richie Carmona hit a great ball. Julio-César van Beek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15thth minute of the game Christiano Ronaldo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Altza Herria's Christiano Ronaldo in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Medero Barral in the 17th minute of play. Julio-César van Beek came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Julio-César van Beek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Lacasa in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio-César van Beek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 22 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Casaus. Christiano Ronaldo struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Thiago Pliego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altza Herria. Julio-César van Beek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Altza Herria defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio-César van Beek. The Altza Herria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio-César van Beek should have stopped the shot. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Saavedra in the 36th minute of play. Julio-César van Beek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiano Ronaldo in the 52nd minute of the match. Julio-César van Beek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After having played for 65 minutes, Christiano Ronaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altza Herria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christiano Ronaldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Richie Carmona kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Altza Herria's Julio-César van Beek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Altza Herria from getting a goal against them. Alan Tamayo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pipo Pi went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score.
