Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vítek Bittner kicked off to start the match. After 3 played minutes Pardubice Hurricanes got a freekick which was hit by Radoslav Plašil. In the 5th minute, Tomas Illescas made a precise shot to the right of Přemek Ouředník. Pardubice Hurricanes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Jakub Molnár stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Jakub Molnár tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítek Bittner in the 12th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Přemek Ouředník made a huge save. In the 16th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Radoslav Plašil's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radoslav Plašil helped the player get up and apologised. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Přemek Ouředník tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vítek Bittner in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Vítek Bittner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 24th minute of the match Pardubice Hurricanes got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Svatomír Krajíček ran over to the corner to take the kick. 29 minutes into the match, Pardubice Hurricanes's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Přemek Ouředník reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Vítek Bittner came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Pardubice Hurricanes fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Pardubice Hurricanes's Vítek Bittner looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítek Bittner in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute of the match Pardubice Hurricanes got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Svatomír Krajíček ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Svatomír Krajíček got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 39th minute, Vítek Bittner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pardubice Hurricanes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítek Bittner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. The supporters of Pardubice Hurricanes booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 58 minutes of play, Pardubice Hurricanes's Vítek Bittner made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 61 minutes into the match, Pardubice Hurricanes's Anton Rubáš sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Vítek Bittner tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pardubice Hurricanes's Jiří Rychtář was substituted for Vítek Bittner. Pardubice Hurricanes's Přemek Ouředník played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 71st minute of play. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Pardubice Hurricanes's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. After having played for 75 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 76 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Radoslav Plašil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jiří Rychtář got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Přemek Ouředník breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After 95 minutes, Jonathan Venegas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Pardubice Hurricanes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
