Sérgio de Azevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of BMB IMOVEIS SC booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dylan Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute Donato Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Renan Madureira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sérgio de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute.
