The referee ignored Curacao's protests and gave Troy Kennedy a yellow card for diving instead. The wind increased when Eddie Vallgren made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Henrik Bergfeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kyle Davies fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olov Stenström having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Stanley Wallace managed to get in a good position for a shot. Curacao's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanley Wallace was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olov Stenström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Bror Holm sent off a good shot on target. When Per Löfgren fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CRUSADERS's protests and gave Per Löfgren a yellow card for diving instead. Niklas Berglund succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-8 in the 69th playminute. After 72 played minutes Jonny Gustavsson rounded Curacao's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-9. The supporters of CRUSADERS booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rocco Owen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eddie Vallgren. Eddie Vallgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marko Bohlin in the 89th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eddie Vallgren got free with Bruno Barrett in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bror Holm, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. A hard, long distance shot from Stanley Wallace flew over the goal. When the match was over CRUSADERS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Curacao throughout the match.
